help with patch!!!

Today I entered in beta and some guy un the chat was asking for people with non english locales, so I decided to help him.
He asked to me to restart the game, so he can test the patch

The patch haves a failoure at download

Still ongoing problem. Patch downloader fails to launch says connection terminated.

For those of you also experiancing this problem I found a workaround.

Guess this roughly fits the problem I have:
Patch download works, but running the executable results in a "send report to MS" window and the patcher being shut down. Thought about reinstalling the beta, but the uninstaller is plagued by the same problem.

Yeah i had this problem yesterday when i had to reinstall OF. I could not DL any of the patches with that same error, but luckily they were stored on my HD. I also could not DL this patch either... i am guessing it isnt something on my end being that others have the same issue... and i use no firewalls, or anything that could block it.
