Server down?

I get asked to download a patch, it won't allow im guessing the server is down. reporting it at 06/05/08 10:00 PM GMT -6:00

Odd no more replies? no one else is having this problem? please add if your not, here is a screenshot of the error im receiving on end. Acknowledge if your also getting the same or some sort.
