[2.40x] Graphical Anomaly

Has anyone else encountered this bug in the beta? It has happened twice to me so far, once on Route N13 and the other with the new map Trainz. What happens is if I look over a specific part of the map (doesn't seem to be anywhere in particular, lots of different points trigger it), the screen zooms in as if I'm going to watch a cutscene, and I lose all control of the game (no menu, no mouse, nothing) the only way to fix it temporarily is to alt + tab out, then quit the game so as not to disenfranchise the other players as it makes the game lag horrendously. I haven't experienced this myself and have played about 10-15 games on the beta. If you can find a pattern to it, or a way to reproduce it you should post it as a bug on the community wiki.
