2.405 issue - No resources?

Don't know if anyone else has had this happen but I was playing a 2.405 game as British on Angoville and about 1/2 through the game I stopped receiving resources other than manpower. It was as if my truck was picked up, but it was firmly planted on a high resource point in the same place the whole time. Eventually I tried to move my truck and strangely it displayed the point as having less resources than it would without a truck on the point. I have never had or heard of that happening before. I was playing against a Wehr player.

Sadly I didn't save the recording so don't ask.

Its a British specific issue with secured resourcing upgrades (purchased and doctrined). I won't ask for a replay as we know the steps to reproduce it.
