Brit mortar nest

Any one think the British mortar nests are to OPed? Not taking sides here or anything I just think the nest are too tough. Every time i try to take one out i always get 3 81 mm axis mortar on it and that wont even do the trick.

Anyones thoughts and strategies on how to take it out?
