is it possible to change controls? such as eliminate hot keys and redirect the arrow key commands to wasd?

does the hotkey guide mod just in your mod or can i set it to use on normal play?

All key modifications can be used in normal online games. Probably relic allowed for a such modifications as game doesn't containts any keymap editor.
