They are part of the Beta patch that is going on, not sure how you go about using them, heard they where removed from the 1.501 patch onwards.

you need the files

attrib\attrib\ebps\races\axis\vehicles\axis_schwimmwagen.rgd
attrib\attrrib\sbps\races\axis\vehicles\axis_schwimmwagen.rgd

and the model in the folder
data\art\models\races\axis\vehicles

ther is a folder called schwimmwagen and many files
