I have badge and banner problem!

So i created tau badge and banner, but they wont show in army painter! so whats wrong!

Its hard to tell, but check the following things;
The image format is .tga
The badges are 64x64 pixels in size; saved out in uncompressed 32bit .tga format
The banners are 64x96 pixels in size; saved out in uncompressed 32bit .tga format
An obvious one but just double check they are saved to the correct folders in the install directory.

i dont know how look that 32bit in gimp

It more than likely is 32bit by default. But I think you can check by pressing ctrl-alt-I
Are the other things correct? I know you can check the size of the image in gimp by right clicking the image and choosing Image>Scale Image (make sure the sizes are displayed in pixels)

Oh and I seem to remember something about the file size having an impact, it should be around 16kb ish give or take.
