DOW Space Marine Bug?

This has happened to me three times so far. The unit in question is the ASM, Assault Space Marine. Sometimes following a fierce battle where my veteran sergeant was felled in battle, I am no longer able to re-upgrade it. Furthermore, ALL ASM, present: on the battlefield and future: to be created, can no longer purchase the veteran sergeant upgrade.

I would click on it, and then the upgrade would cancel after half a second.

I would assume this is a bug, though I can't be completely sure of that (Perhaps a hard-cap for sergeant upgrades?).

I was just about to make a thread about this as I am having the same problem! Its a very annoying glitch for the space marines and its happened to me three times so far.

What seems to happen is once you get tech 2 and start upgrading sergeants, everything is fine, but once start fighting and you loose a sergeant and retreat, you cant upgrade him back. Once this happens you can't upgrade any sergeants for any space marine squads. Pop is not an issue, and it is the the glitch where it says 3/3 but you can still upgrade sergeant. This includes all upgradable sergeants for space marines, even including scout sergeants.

There's already a thread on this on the official forum. It's a very annoying bug (that's highly unlikey to be missed, but then again, this is supposed to be beta right?).

It happens with tactical squads as well btw.
