Camera bugs out and constantly shifts to the right

This has happened to me twice now since the latest update. Once during a compstomp, the other during a team game - both on the desert 3v3 map (cant remember name).

I don't know what causes it. I play normally and suddenly the camera wigs out and starts shifting to the right. clicking on minimap refocuses the camera, but then it continues shifting right. Arrow keys and pushing mouse to side of screen doesn't work.

I found a temporary solution to this, but not in that it prevents the bug from happening, just to fix the camera.

Click and drag the mouse and then let go.

I've had this solve my and my friend's constant camera scrolling the few times it did happen.
