What's this upgrade all about? It's available on all command trucks but can only be upgraded once (unlike speed governors). Is it a global upgrade on resource generation for all trucks stationed at munition/fuel points or does it only affect the truck that you upgraded it on? It says that only one upgrade can be active at a time, so what exactly does that refer to?

What it does is provide one truck with a flat rate extra income for securing a point... That is to say, when set up on a muni or fuel point, regardless of wether that point is low, medium or high, you'll always bring in the same amount extra of that resource (I think it's something like +6 or +8)... A vet 3 captain gets this as well (he provide this same flat extra income if he is standing in a secured sector, which can stack with Secured Resources...

Oh so it works on only one truck? Some questions on this...

1.) How can I tell which truck has the upgrade? Do I have to remember? Is there some indicator?

2.) If I lose the truck with that upgrade, can I do the upgrade on another truck?

Memory usually fits the bill, if not, than the point with an unusual resource income will usually be a red flag.
