The original banner and other low level banners for the commander unit in the single player is incredible through the course of the game. Would it be possible for it to restore an exact # of health instead of being a full heal?

I'd agree with this except that I'm having a hard enough time with the awesome heal in singleplayer.

One of the big things with it is it really disuades you from using your terminator armor. Full heal...or one guy with a bit of extra armor. Not to mention the difficulty of finding weapons to go with the terminator armors especially after the first gimmie weapon.

You can always put your terminator armour on Avitus or Thaddeus though, so long as you get the Terminator Honours trait.
