How do I meet people to co-op with?

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but after reading the whole manual and searching this site, I cannot find out how to reach the lobby for this game so I can find people who would like to try to co-op the campaign. Can someone point me in the right direction? Is if via the steam of Windows Live interface somehow?

There isn't a lobby - you're meant to co-op with friends. You invite friends to it using the 'Invite A Friend' button on the campaign screen.

no online lobby at all? Well no wonder I couldn't find it lol. Sheesh that's bizarre. Well, I guess I won't be trying that feature then since the other two people I know who bought the game hate it so much they will not play it at all heh. Oh well.

Give out your Windows Live ID to people on these forums and find new friends who actually do enjoy the game. It isn't a subsitute for an online lobby, but it works well enough.
