Game end no achievment

this is probably not a problem with relic or dow2 but i just wanna be sure.
I completed the campaign on captain difficulty and i didnt unlock tha achievement for doing so but i did get an achievent completly irrelevent to it a game earlier. Has this happened anyone else?

Yeah this is a known issue, hopefully will be fixed soon in a patch.
