[1.1.2] Drop Hacking

The rumored drop hack does exist and it is starting to get out of control. For proof, you need look no further than -<name removed - GeoffS>-

-<stats removed - GeoffS>- The only way to get these kinds of stats is by forcing your opponent to drop. Please take a look if you do not believe me.

They had a huge problem with stuff like this in COH. Don't expect them to do much about it, for a while at least.

CoH was hosted a bit differently, and as I understand it, was exploited heavily.

First, this isn't about a bug in the game, so it's in the wrong forum.

Second, we have a policy here of not "naming names" to avoid witchhunts. I've edited the identifying information out of the opening post.

Third, finding something you can't explain in somebody's stats is not evidence of "drop hacking".

If you believe you have been drop hacked, or somebody has exploited something in the game unfairly, and you have evidence to back it up, report it to community@relic.com and let them handle it.
