how to play offline?

so im currently having problems signing in to my account. How could i play campaing/skirmish without logging in? Or what if my internet goes down one day, cant play at all?

Normally I would move this to Tech Assistance, but because this is a fairly basic question I think we'll leave it and the answer here.

If you want to play CoH offline you will need to either:

1. Disconnect from the internet before starting the game, or

2. Set your firewall to block all access for the file reliccoh.exe

Once you do that, start the game normally and it will ask you to put your CoH disk in the drive for verification, and you can play single-player campaign or skirmish games.

Would LAN games work, ie if I were to stick to 2.301, keep the disc in the drive and run?

of course you can, if your internet is not connected with a LAN cable (like I have), you can still play offline, but still play LAN.
