Brit Anti-Infantry Artillery Bursts??

Excuse the noob question here however but I've been encountering this a little and as PE/Wehr yet when I play Brit I can't do the same.

I encounter some "bursts" in the air of that just shred infantry - what Brit Unit causes this?? What doctrine??

Overwatch ability on their RCA artillery.

Yup. Can be used on any artillery piece. Even mortars get it, though they don't fire airburst rounds, if I remember correctly.
