Tank crew bail?

is it possible, to let the tank crew bail out or something like with the HMG and than later recapture it?

yea, but you first have to give the tank a crew to bail out.

oky i got a sherman and i want to have a riflesquad as crew how can i let them bail?

Give the Sherman a hold_ext (like from the Halftrack or something), then make an upgrade which garrisons the rifleman squad inside the unit with the upgrade, then place that upgrade in the upgrades_apply_ext of the Sherman.

It means just that. You make an upgrade, which when a unit gets the upgrade, a riflemen squad is garrisoned inside it.
