I have my secondary monitor on the left.
Sometimes mouse scrolling doesn't work and the mouse moves over to the secondary monitor instead making the game unplayable.
For my friend who uses dual monitors as well when mouse scrolling works the effect of doing a drag selection while moving across the monitor border makes the mouse move to the other screen ant alt-tabs the game.
I use nvidia 8800 and he uses ati 4850.
Lastly sometimes the game gets stuck in a mode where the screen constantly scrolls right with no workaround I'm aware of which makes the game unplayable from that point onwards. Don't know the exact repro steps because I generally don't want to reproduce the problem but likely related to moving the mouse outside the screen while holding the mouse down. (In the direction where my secondary monitor is not)
