Did the problem appear with the latest patch 2.600 or did you have connection problems before?

Try again after disabling avast please, or even better, try a selective startup (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=107785) please.

i tried what you said no luck, i have never had this problem before but just started getting the error just before the new patch came out the other day.
