It all looks pretty awesome. Did you have a good time making it?

Can you get the sky setup in-game?

The map looks like a fat asian mans face with a shogun hat :D
or a bulldog's face
In any case, it looks brilliant. I'd check it if I had the time, but it looks like you really put your effort into it, from the very screens I can see alot of detail. Good job.
Try to PM Croax to get this into Relicnews map pack (or post in his topic :P ) cause such a good map should not be ommited.

Well, Croax still didn't release it, so I'm guessing you still have time :p

Unfortunately not. I used the world builder tutorial to pack my own maps, had some difficulty but once I found what I was doing wrong I didn't have any problems. But I didn't do it in a long time now, and quite forgot it. If you lack the time, you might send the map files to me and I could *try to* pack it.

Awesome map, very imperial at all :)
I'm waiting for release.

Okay, I definitely know how to pack maps, unfortunately I don't know how to explain it in any way understandable and doable. So, the choice is yours :P

Mmm, I'll need the .info, layers, scenariomarker, wb-scenario, and .scar files of the map for it to be packed.
That's in the D:\Steam\steamapps\common\dawn of war 2\GameAssets\Data\maps\pvp (as an example) and since you already sent the scenario, I only need the rest of the files. Not sure how this works, but all those files need to be packed to make the map.

There's no .wb-scenario necessary, this one gets converted into a regular .scenario when you "bake" the map. Don't forget the *_mm.dds though (used for the minimap), and possibly a *_fe.dds, if you want a different preview map.

Oh my, nice map.

I'd love to be able to do tiles like that on my own maps.
Without any further ado, glad I could help.

Well, as much as I'd love, my artistic skills aren't top notch, so when it comes to tiles/textures on the ground, they all just look pretty lame and unimaginative. Something I'd best try to resolve on my own, for future maps sake :p
Edit: Depending on how this one map I'm making comes out, I might spam you some PM's about it :P

Bravo, Greatnev! The map looks great, and I am glad to see talented modders stepping up to the plate and providing some first-rate stuff.
Question: Can more than one mod be referenced in the 'set launch options' parameter area of the DoW2 shortcut (executable)? I hope that Relic (or some modder) comes up with a mod manager that can make loading mods a bit easier, eliminating the need to change the executable's parameters.
Thanks again!

Thanks for this info, greatnev. I really do hope that Relic (or someone) figures out a way to make this game more mod-friendly. It would be a shame if people could only play one mod/map at a time.
