How to create Dev mode to play SGB maps

Hi guys,

I'm sure this question is answered several times on this forum, but I can't seem to find it. I know there is a way to create a new icon that is designed for development mode. I have Vista and I'm struggling how to create that icon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make a copy of the shortcut u have.
then go to properties->find target
and add -dev at the end.

I did that, but the target area with the words "Company of Heroes" is gray and I can not change anything.

is your shortcut marked read only?

no, there are no checks in either read only or hidden

Right click on the desktop > new > shortcut > browse.

Browse to your CoH installation folder and find the "RelicCoH.exe", chose this one and you're done. Then you can right click the shortcut on your desktop and add the -dev command.
