CoH/OF/ToV activation issues.

I have CoH vanilla and OF. I don't have ToV. I recently patched up (the last 4 patches) in order to be able to play online again, after a brief hiatus. So, problem is that now I can't play either US or Wehr on automatch, the game demanding that I buy ToV to be able to play them.

Is this a known/common issue. I can't believe relic would actually do that, so I'm assuming its a bug. Any ideas?
