PCG DoW article anouncment

In my March PC Gamer, I read this blurb (I'm sure the folks at PCG won't mind my reprinting of this.):

Next Month April 2004

Our intrepid editors will go the the ends of the earth to see a good looking game - and we've got the scoop on at least two of them. We'll give you the full inside story on Thief III, with never-before-revealed details and screenshotsof this sneaky sequel. We've also got sizzlingly exclusive info on Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, the next great RTS game from the masters at Relic Entertainment. [etc...]
The April issue should be availible some time in March. :wtf:

I aint bought that rag since the days of dungeon keeper. But I guess i'll have to buy now. About time PC Gamer went online with their stuff.

guess im buying that mag as soon as possible, thanks for the heads up. someone did mention that there would be another article for DoW but stated it would be in March's issue.

Well, it will be in Marches issue, seeing as how the April issue will be out in March. Lol.

Yeah, and what's all this abt the american PC Gamer? I really, really want to see som online previews (at least on this, supposedly Relic News' page), or in international games magazines.

Well, see the problem is that PCG, presumably, agreed to the article with a condition that they would be recieving exclusive screenshots and info from relic. The people being excluded at the moment, unfortunately, are everyone outside of America.

Wouldn't publicly releasing info and screens on the internet reach more people than doing it through one mag? thats only available in the us

well they probebly struck a deal with PCGAMER where pcgamer payed them to be given exclusive info so that sales prices strike high, info will be released on net later but u gotta think of the marketing strategy.
