2.1.1 Knockback resistances don't work

I noticed that my resistances don't work at all in any combat situation, this makes certain parts of the campaign really hard (wraith guards third Mission @ Primarch... ).

Tested abilities:

Warcry
Avitus Trait
Terminator Armor
