Karos Graveyard Download?

Does anyone have an offline version of the karos graveyard? I've been looking for it for ages and still can't find it, and the website seems to be down.
And since a lot of tutorials make references to it, i think it'd be handy if there was a sticky-ed thread with a download for it.

Don't know where to find an offline copy, but the site itself seems to be working fine for me.
