Ultramarines vs Orks, which side will you take?

So far we know for certain that these two armies will be in the game. Which would you prefer to play?

I´ve always been a fan of Space marines and especially the Ultramarines so the choise would be easy. I´ve always liked their discipline and straightfoward, "tactical" approach to combat, which I like to think matches my own. :3d:

of the two I think I'd go for orks as they just seem more fun to play with..... space Marines just seem booring, designed for war, perfect fighting machines, diciplined..... blah blah blah.......... on the other hand ork are crazy!

id go for space marines, how stereotypical are orks? amur_tiger, they are more stereotypical then "humanity's super warriors". ooo wow they like to fight and all they do is fight oooo very breath taking i must say that is the best piece of work iv seen in a long time(looks at other books) oh wait they just did the stereotypical ork nvm. how boring is fluff(orks) that just about tells u what u know of orks in general...very.

anyway id choose marines because they give u a better variety in combat rather then takeing mobs A and B and chargeing them into squads A and B...if they die? who cares.

BTW when I say Smurfs would be dull I'm more reffering to the normal types(ie. Ultramarines) Space wolfs, dark angels and the others that have some issues to deal with are a lot more interesting.... they have character.

Dark angels own all, you know it too. You have to admit, they are the coolest, they hate everyone, and everything, except each other (except the damned fallen) and they also love the emperor.

The chapter I despise the most are the Blood Angels. They have loads of special perks and almost no disadvantages.

I collect Blood Angels, and trust me, they have disadvantages...

Example 1: Devastors. You want them to shoot at the Chaos Terminators getting closer and closer....and you roll a 1 for them at the start of the turn. Cue various forms of getting ripped to shreds.

Example 2: Assault. All good or so you think. Blood Angels are designed as a Assault army. Trial assault rules screws my army up completely. I can no longer shoot then engange the remainders of the squad. Result? Getting your 10 man Assault Squad ripped to shred by Genestealers.

Anyhow....on topic, Ultramarines or Orks. Neither. Remember that old Epic 40,000 game, of which I can't remember the name? Guess what was in that.... Ultramarines, Imperial Guard and Ork. How fun...

im not being funny, but i dont think assaulting stealers is such a good idea anyways :p I do a Flesh tearers army, which i ant ant used much, however you think your army is has problems, i can only have 1 tank and 1 normal dreadnought, fair enough i can still have up to 3 death company dreadnoughts :D however atleast you can have a some heavy weapons :p

i know what yay mean, however if you mean the comp game, they did release a expansion with chaos in :D
