Will this game have a custom engine?

to my knowledge i believe they r using a heavily modified Impossible Creatures engince and the races featured are marines, chaos, orks, and 2 other races that are top secret.

We are using the Impossible Creatures engine as a base, but many aspects of it have been re-written. I can't comment on mod support at this time.
