World Builder Won't Work

Ever since Chaos Rising I can't create new, or load maps in world builder. I finally made an account here because I want to get more involved and need help. So if anyone can help out, thanks.

Did you check the dev_pipeline.ini file ?

Sorry about not answering very fast. But i looked in there and.. honestly I don't know what id be looking for exactly.
