POPCAP MODDING
Goal: To create a mod that allows for a popcap greater than 100 (standard.)
NOTE: This tutorial shows only for the space marine race, all races ave similar approach though.. :)
I use copes toolbox v 1.871 (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?244248-TOOL-Cope-s-DoW2-Toolbox-V1.871-released!-08-31-2010)
The tutorial shows the whole process and includes a screencap of the result (my recoding software can't capture directX and thus not the game window. :) )
Video is en HD when youtube gets it processed. Have fun.!
