Possible bug with the weaker of the Lord Generals two powerswords.

I only just noticed this after playing around with the new armor and making up some melee builds, but the lord generals weaker powersword, the one that is 10.0dps has no special attack. The modifier for its % to happen is 0.0%, compared to 15% for the 19dps powersword. Is this because the weaker one comes with the 25 energy costing clearing move and thus doesnt qualify for a larger melee special attack or maybe its just a type-o and no entry was ever made?

Any one have any info about this?

its meant for defense not offense thus why it would have no special

It is the defensive sword, but i dont see why that means it cant have a special attack. Make it trigger less or do less damage or something, but a melee general already sucks even with the new melee orientated wargear so he kinda needs all the help he can get.
