Why? Don't give me a translation excuse either.
I did some digging and from what I understand is Americans companies don't consider Europe a very important market so they make us wait.

I don't know. Maybe after so many years it's just because of tradition.

DVDs/Blu-Rays, books, and video games come out in USA on a Tuesday. In chunks of Europe it seems that books and DVDs/Blu-Rays come out on Mondays with most video games coming out on Fridays. Gears of War 3 is one of the few releases that seems to be worldwide same day.

Has to do when all entertainment comes out. Movies releases are along the same lines.

At least in Germany Space Marine seems to be sold since yesterday in stores. The console players have a lucky weekend to play the game already and some PC users are bitching in forums that they have to wait for the Steam unlock.

I don't know where you live, but according to my local gamestore, the game is available right now, but I can't pick it up till monday :(.
yea living in Germany myself I can only confirm that the game is being sold already. I am aware thou, that the original release date for Europe was supposedly the 9th of September but that was changed to the 6th shortly before the release. So I wouldn't say companies don't consider Europe an important market, especially if you bear in mind that they can rip us off taking advantage of the strong Euro/US Dollar exchange value ;-). For example PC hardware usually costs about the same in Europe as it does in the US, only that the strong Euro means that we basically pay alot more for the same product ( 1EUR = 1,44 USD right now). In many cases it's even cheaper to just import electronics from the US even though they have to go through customs inspections
I think it used to be to do with when the shops did thier stock checks.
America does thiers at the start of the week so anything new goes into the sytem as of monday, whereas europe is at the end of the week so we dont get until friday.
So it's less about targeting specific markets and more just about how the commercial and economic factors in your country of residencs works.
I don't know if that's still the case, therre are probably a few factors at work to be honest.

Yeah, I wanted to make a threat about this and rant a bit but I wastoo lazy. To be honest, I think, in PC and Steam's unlocking case it's just the virtual trucks are slow and there are virtual holes in the virtual roads the virtual trucks use and because of that our virtual game unlocks are getting late. Also probably because virtual stocks are virtually limited.

I cannot wait for the 6th, though sadly I had an OJE on the next day so cannot whore it till my eyes bleed. Wednesday evening however, my eyes will be suitably punished.

I recommend digging into a reliable, factual source next time. Your assessment couldn't be any further from the truth.

I think what pisses me off the most about the whole thing is steam quite literally has everything by the balls, they decide when its released by there system since its absolutely nessessary for PC owners to use that, being a UK person I've presented with the situation that a group of uk stores who are struggling to make profits decided to block steam from selling space marine, not only does this give me no steam store page, it also gives me no indication of when it due to be unlocked on the steam system, which basically holds you at gun point to they decide its allowed.
The whole irony is, US and quite a few european countries already have space marine released and on the shelves and copies sent out, yet the UK, birthplace and creators of 40k get the middle finger over a small group of brick and mortar stores throwing a hissy fit over steam having sales better than them. I also can't believe a big US company with submit to a chain of stores demands, its stinks of illegality if the information is anything to go by that they forced THQ to tell steam not to sell space marine on the grounds that they would pull all THQ titles from there shelves, its normally called blackmail in most circles and I'm surprised there isn't anything legally been done about it.
Also if GAME is one of the set of stores involved in this whole debacle its there own damn fault if there losing profits, as for the better part of 10years they have refused to budge from overpriced products on shelves, charging £34.99 for every pc title while other stores on the high street would charge 29.99 is one prime example and in recent years they have moved to even block other gaming shops from being able to get collector's editions or promotions.
Either way I see things, if this is a trend follows and UK stores continue to put these blocks up outside companies will consider twice of offering there products aswell as pre order freebies.

There's no big conspiracy theory it is just the day games are released by retail in each market.
US always releases on Tuesday
Most of Europe is Tuesday
Australia normally on Thursday
UK on Friday
Every now and again you get a simultaneous ship but that is pretty rare.
