Problems with Multiplayer

I have been experiencing a few issues with multiplayer on PS3. Despite my NAT type being 2 (Open), the game gives me a warning anyway stating that my NAT type is not open. In addition, finding a game takes nearly 10 minutes, which is a little absurd.
