I know www.planetarion.com and www.galaxywars.de , but are there other good online Browsergames? Maybe something in hw universe?

I find Planetarion extremely boring... at least now they've put in limits on who you can attack (e.g. the top alliances can't farm some tiny galaxy)... definitely not worth paying for, at least for me.

Heh, I'm a cheap bastard and got a free account in Planetarion, which I still love and Dark Galaxy is free, albeit buggy
