Where can i DL or Buy mod tools?

I need help: Where can i download the tools to make mods?
Can i even download them or do i have to buy them?

Well the game is not out so you might have some trouble getting them but when the game is out you probaby just have register something and download them.

You can get GMAX here. This is most likely the program Relic will support for importing models and such. Search a few tutorials on how to model on google or use the tutorials provided by GMAX to learn about modelling.

You will have to wait until DoW is released to get the other mod tools provided by Relic.

until then you may want to practice on cnc generals? I dunno it'll be completely different but to my knowledge generals with zero hour is the easiest to mod rts out.

mmn this is good - lots of people getting into modding - lets say outa everyone only 10% will actually have time or effort to make mods - should have just enuff ppl to make at least 1 mod.
