how do u paint crimson fist and salamander SMs

i want to know im thinking of starting a army of ether crimson fists or salamanders [what colours are the salamanders]

Salamanders are, from memory, a sorta dark snot green colour, with black shoulder pad rims?

I think that's right for salamanders. As for crimson fists, just make their fists crimson, (i.e. paint the hands blood red/red gore mix probably), and then pick a colour that looks good with it. I think (officially) they're a blue colour, but not certain so don't go paint anything like that and blame me afterwards if I've got it wrong :p

Crimson fists is midnight blue with super duper exaggerated highlights, and of course, with slightly dark red fists.

Salamanders:

Black undercoat
snot green on the armour, leave backpack + gun black.
dark green ink into recesses
highlight armour with scorpion green
highlight black with shadow grey
paint eyes yellow
give metal bits coat of boltgun metal then a glaze of black ink.
paint shining gold on imp eagles, glaze of chestnut ink, then burnished gold highlight.
