[BYDESIGN?] Change video options asked to restart the game

Sorry not sure if this is by design but when you change video options it asks to restart the game. The message implies that the game will restart on it's own (which it didn't).

Not a major thing but if the game is not going to start on it's own again the message should state that the user will have to Quit the game and reload it.

I also think that for such minor effects, the game shouldnt need a restart anyway. This aint Windows :p

Hmm...i'm sure it specfically says that you will need to manually restart it, unless its been changed since I last changed my settings.

The beta requires that you manually restart the game. The final game shuts down and restarts for you.
