This applies to :

- All video card owners
SYMPTOM:
When taking in game screenshots, all of them come out black/blank.
CAUSE:
Something to do with buffers yada yada, (insert technical explaination here).
SOLUTION:
Do not use D3D. Select OpenGL.
If OpenGL is unavailable in XP, see How do I enable compatibility mode in 2000/XP (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3009)
WORK AROUND:
Use third party programs such as HyperSnap, or use the 'print screen' key and then tab out of the game to paste into a graphics program.
You can also use a FREE program that measures both your DirectX framerates in games as well as enabling you to hotkey screenshots.
