eldar tutorial infantry and vehicle limit.

i have played and beaten both the space marine and eldar tutorial so far and i may have found a glitch...and i may just be making a dumb mistake but here it goes.

in the marine tutorial you can increase the number of squads and the number of vehicles you can take, in the eldar tutorial you can't. you are limited to 4 vehicles and i beleive 17 or 20 infantry. i did capture a relic so i was able to get an avatar and experiment but after checknig all the buildings and building all the buildins i could not find an upgrade that allowed the eldar to take more units or vehicles. is this purposely done? a glitch? or is there actually a building upgrade that allows you to get more units and i somehoe missed it somewhere.

you have to build more webway gates. those increase your max number of squads and vehicles. they're so handy you'll end up building a bunch of them anyway, so I never really notice the cap with eldar.

The cap is maxed at 20. Even if you build 50 webway portals, you can still only build 20 squads. And I think that total includes bonesingers and characters, so your army can get pretty small.

for some reason in my first multiplayer game last night I managed to get to 24 and 10 for vehicles. Problem is I had little idea what was going on. This was after I obtained the avatar though.
