im playing saim-hann eldar and want to know if this is legal
1 jetbike
1 vyper jetbike
1 guardian squad
1 farseer
Well it really depends on what type of mission your playing.
A standard mission FOC (Force Orginisation Chart) has a basic required of 1 HQ and 2 Troops.
Now without having a Craftworld Eldar Codex handy (but I'm assuming you should do if you want to go Saim-Hann) then have a look to see what those unit types are.
I've got a funning feeling that the Jetbkie (I assume you mean a squad as oppossed to a single jetbike) will be troops, and the Farseer will be HQ, but like I said, without having a Craftworld Eldar Codex handy I can't remember what the Vyper and the Guardians count as.
I'm fairly certain the Guardians are Elites and the Vyper is Troops, but I can't say for sure

The Saim-Hann Eldar require 2 Fast Attack and a HQ, instead of 2 Troops. So yes, that is legal (although i WOULD increase those numbers if i were you).
