[Hardware] Grafik Problems with 9700pro

i try to make it short and fast. at the first day the open Beta runs fine. at the second day i got really bad trouble. when i start the DOW i get after a few minutes Grafik errors. they have nothing to do with AA or anything else DX or driver relatet, but they ever first occure after they start in dow. its no termal problem of my hardware like i thought first, but the error looks like a hot grafik card (but it occurs too when the complete machine is just startet from room temperature). in worst case its very static and survive in POST and BIOS as well as on windows desktop. because it ever only start and occur in DOW and all other Games and programms dont make such problems i think that DOW does something like a real nasty feedback to my ATI 9700 PRO Graficmemory or something like that. any Hints?

oh yes before u ask for warning file: the game moves on, it dont crashes or anything when the grafik goes mad.
