[Hints] Orks vs Space Marines

Hey, I've been playing the game for a long time now, and noticed that orks are seriously lacking against the marines in early game. Yeah sure u can take 3 heavy weapons once the armoury is built but none of them are that great.

Heavy bolters do poorly, missile launchers do poor damage, and flamers are just asking for trouble.

So any tips?

flamers own infantry.
take 2 flamers a squad; set 1 of your units to ranged stance (so they will always flame) and use your mek to damage soak. the flame will destroy the morale of the enemy - its obvious now that morale is where it is at for infantry.
dont get more men; just get more squads + more heavy weaps.. attacking without heavy weaps is suicide.
