Everybody knows that the Catachans are basically U.S. vietnam era soldiers 40,000 years in the future, so why not have a Valkyrie that looks somewhat like a Huey helicopter and have rules that would allow catachan gaurd troops (instead of stromtroopers) to ride in Valkyries.

you mean they hide and then get stabbed and shot. If thats the case then they are exactly the same as other Guard.

Isn't huey just slang for helicopter?
The Valkyrie is jet powerd, good luck with giving it rotors.

There was the Bell UH-1 generaly named huey, no other 'copter was calles that.
btw the Catachans now only have a 6+ (essentially a location check, if you hit them 'down there' they just go nuts otherwise they die :D)

well if there armour save is more realistic now, they should have more strengh!

Well, actually, they should probably just be remodeled to not be so unrealistically swolen, lol.
