Installation troubles (even more. yay.)

When installing, it gets to "Configuring Windows Installer", and hangs there for a few mins. Then an error message (1628) comes up. When I look at my Temp directory, the only file present is msievents.log, and it states that:

"9/11/04 12:48:41 (Info ) Product: ISScript -- Installation operation completed successfully."

Repeated for every time I attempted it.

sry never mind i thought i had sme problem but after waiting half an hour it did work. good luck i hope you figure it out.

yup yup thats what happened to me. just wait it might work. I watched a whole episode of the G-gundam while waiting. My problem was i think...norton trying to scan it...

I can't wait, it stops working once the error message comes up. Then it has the balls to claim the installation was successful...

Erm... Do you have more than 750 Mo on your system drive ?

(yuk, I feel like an idiot asking the same question to everyone who get a bug during the install ^^)
