Dreadnaught

Today i bought a venereble dreadnaught, and assembled it.

I look at the wh40k rule book, and found out that the dreadnaught has a flag on it!


It was hand painted space wolves flag, is there a way to print the flag off net? with the space woles mech flag?

i dont think so...Gw doesn't make flags and banner stuffs liekt hey used to :(

My older friend still has all these banners and flag thingys from older edtions i guess...Now you have to make them or get them from someplace and print them off on good quality paper... :(

i am not sure what you mean but i do know as far as banners go and i hope this helps you you can print out a banner (or maybe a flag) then you use elmers glue to stiffen it up and you can glue it on and it works nice

The old army codexes (circa 93-94) had pages of banners for you to xerox, cut out and paint. Many studio armies still use dreadnaughts from those days, bearing the old banners. There's no 'need' to slap a banner on your dread unless you really want one.

If you simply MUST have a banner I'd make your own, or buy the old space wolf codex on ebay. It's a good read if only for the fluff (they all are). I'd guess they're pretty cheap by now ... heck, I've still got one of the things lying around somewhere.

Wish you lived close to me or that i knew you, i have hundreds of banner poles and flags of all chapters. They were sent to me in our April order from 2000 when we bought the whole space marine chapter army from white dwarf. I would give you some as i have alot of excess.

LOL. We, that is 5 of us, bought it together. Yes, it was $5,000. Considering what we got, it was a great deal. It came with 1 Thunderhawk Gunship model, and as i paid the most of the money chipped in, i kept that along with alot of stuff. Using things like the Space Wolves sprue, Chaos sprue etc., i created alot of different Chapters. As a result, i have alot of banners and extra stuff i'll never use.
