the UK head office is in Nottingham .. (kinda near smiling sam's .. if that place is still there.) And I believe you can buy bits there from the bins. At least you could at one point. Worse case, call mail order, or hit the website. I'm sure the trolls would be happy to help you out.

Also you could wait for games day (well if they are in anyway similar to the us's gd. there will be a big store with all kidns of bitz. not everyone but the more popular ones)
