This is very similar to a list I used to use and it absolutly pwned people.

My opinion is that you will win a lot and get bored of it in about two weeks.

losing for almost every game Ive played for a half of year,I probley play this for a month then get bored.

Its a good list but it can be better.

Trim you Dev sqads to 5 men and give all the heavy weapon members missile launchers, it is a much more versatile choice.

The plasma cannon is a poor choice now since you have to but the template hole on a models head. Trim these squads to between 6-8 models and give them lascannons and plasma guns.

Use the points trimmed to add some fast attack units. this is a very static list and at times you will need to claim objectives, a few speeders or bikes will do this quite nicely.

drop the master crafting on the Chappy, give him a jump pack and some melta bombs so he can be a roving problem solver.

but why missles though instead of lascannons cuz of the cost?I was thinking of giving him a jump pack to just hop around.The reason I take plasma cannons 1.takes little chuncks out of infatry 2.no invul save your dead so I get three marines there automaticly dead.shorting the squads can give me more points to spend on though.what's versatile?

you may be able to kill single models with a lascannon but the missile laucnher puts out blast templates vs horde armies. Against marines it can be just as good with krak missiles at taking out single people.

well Ill give one dev squad all missles but that's only with frag and that weaker than shit.So I can put more upgrades in.

what do you mean only with frag, they get the option to shoot either type of round each turn, its not an either or for the whole game deal.

And i thought i had seen the very definition of "boring". One of the greatest things about the Dark Angels is that their list allows a MASSIVE amount of variety. This army defies that completely. Armies arent just suppose to win, they're also suppose to be fun, and challenging to use.

Dont get me wrong, its your choice, and we all respect that, but you ARE asking us what we think. On a side note though, i'll laugh the day all of those plasma weapons "get hot" in your Marine's faces and roast them. I can see it now: "Sir! Our weapons just killed half of our attack force!" - "Perhaps we SHOULD have read that Warning Notice tag on the side of them.."

Same here Ill also laugh too,yah this list will get boring I bet Ill still try it.

The gets hot rule is really one of the reasons along with template placing in v4 that make all plasma squads a really bad choice. The plasma gun can't be passed on since it is the best assualt weapon choice but the plasma cannon is really low on the list of good options.

And just because a list may play the same alot doesn't mean it will be boring, who knows what changes might be tried out as time passes to tweak the list and add new toys.

also what is the big deal with people thinking dark angels allow for alot of vareity, they don;t allow anymore more than other chapters unless you want to take pure deathwing or pure ravenwing.

Actually, you're wrong there Piccolo. They do offer more variety. In their Deathwing Terminators, in their choice of Fast Attack, and taking a "pure" force will only severely decrease the options you have, not open more. Do you have the Codex? They lose only a single unit (Veterans) in return for... Lets see, Deathwing, all Ravenwing units, and new equipment. Far more than "Vanilla" Marines can get, especially when the Mortis Pattern Dreanought hits the shelf.
