Fatal SCAR error at the end of 10th mission

I am getting a fatal SCAR error during the cinematic at the end of mission 10. It happens as soon as the Librarian runs into the shot. I've been reading that the SCAR error can be avoided in mission 8 by not killing the Raptors right away. Is there something similar in Mission 10 that you have to do or not do to avoid this? It's really quite frustrating as I can imagine what must come next.
Anyone else having this problem?

Please bring down the console (CTRL+SHIFT+~) when the scar error occurs and copy whatever is in there into here so we can figure out whats up.

I am unable to replicate the error (unfortunately?) so I can't post what appears in the console... sorry. If it happens in the future, I'll know what to do I suppose.
