Can't log in online

Hello all,
I just got DOW yesterday and all I can say is WOW! What a great game this is. I never got into the table top WH40K but I heard about and played an older PC game based on WH40K. I
I am not a "computer guy" but I'm no novice ethier. I've played many games online without a problem but I'm having a serious snafu with this game. Idid a couple skirmishs just to get the feel for the game then I thought I'd dive into some multiplayer gaming.
I go into multiplayer and click on internet. It asks me for a name email password ect and it keeps giving me error messages. Saying the name may already be in use. The game is brand freakin new! Geez! I even try a jibberish name like "dhhwjpnas" and that got the same reply.
Anyone have this problem yet? Any ideas?

Super, make sure you click the "Create Account" button before trying to type in a name and use it.

All your user name might already be in use.

I have the same problem. I can't create any online profile. The same error appears: My nickname or password is incorrect. Every account is already in use... etc.
I was a beta player. Could this be any reason?

You are clicking the Create Button right? Not simply entering your account then clicking login.

The account must be created, and that's not done on the login screen, clicking create will take you to a second screen which will let you setup your account.

Now, i've done it. After changing my password on gamespyid.com it works.
