Can't find the lua files

I'd love to play around with the different unit stats etc. but I simply can't find the lua files...
probably the solution is so obvious nobody cared to post it...

Check the top of the forum "what we know how to mod" and in it you can access the download to the SpookyRAT, which is an .SGA extractor which eneables you to view and edit the .LUA
